The Midlands Hindu Society held their 24th anniversary hawan as well as a prayer for peace and an end to violence, at the Aryan Hall in Raisethorpe this evening . Pundit Satgoor, Punditas and Shanmugum Gurukul performed the Hawan Pooja.
Traditional dances and bhajans were rendered, after which a scrumptious meal of kichdi, potato, chutney and pickle was served.
